ShuttleAI（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーでは、収集する情報の種類、利用目的、保護方法についてご説明します。

第1条（取得する情報）

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得します。・メールアドレス、ニックネームなどのアカウント情報・Google / Apple アカウントを通じて提供されるプロフィール情報（氏名・アイコン）・練習ログ（日付・時間・場所・カテゴリ・メモ）・フォーム分析動画（デバイス内にのみ保存、サーバーには送信されません）・端末情報（OS種別・バージョン）・アプリの利用状況データ（クラッシュレポート等）

第2条（利用目的）

取得した情報は以下の目的で利用します。・本アプリのサービス提供・機能の改善・新機能の開発・AIフィードバック・フォーム分析の精度向上・ユーザーへのサポート・お問い合わせ対応・不正利用の防止・セキュリティの確保・サービスに関するご案内（アプリ内通知）

第3条（第三者提供）

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。・ユーザー本人の同意がある場合・法令に基づく開示要請がある場合・サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（Supabase、Anthropic等）への提供　※これらの事業者は適切な個人情報保護措置を講じています。

第4条（データの保護）

・ユーザーのデータはSupabase（PostgreSQL）に暗号化して保管されます。・通信はすべてTLS/SSLで暗号化されます。・動画データはデバイスローカルにのみ保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。・Row Level Security（RLS）により、他のユーザーのデータにはアクセスできません。

第5条（Cookie・トラッキング）

本アプリは以下の目的でサードパーティSDKを使用します。・Google AdMob（広告配信）：無料プランでの広告表示に使用・RevenueCat（課金管理）：プレミアムプランの管理に使用これらのSDKはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従いデータを処理します。

第6条（開示・訂正・削除請求）

ユーザーはいつでも以下の操作が可能です。・プロフィール画面からアカウント情報の確認・変更・「アカウント削除」機能によるすべての個人データの削除　※アカウント削除後、データは速やかにサーバーから削除されます。この操作は取り消すことができません。

第7条（未成年者への配慮）

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方が個人情報を提供していると判明した場合、速やかに削除いたします。

第8条（ポリシーの変更）

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。改定後も引き続きご利用いただくことで、改訂後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

The App collects the following information: · Account information such as email address and nickname · Profile information provided through your Google / Apple account (name, icon) · Practice logs (date, time, location, category, notes) · Form-analysis videos (stored only on your device; not sent to our servers) · Device information (OS type and version) · App usage data (such as crash reports)

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

We use the collected information for the following purposes: · Providing the App, improving features, and developing new features · Improving the accuracy of AI Feedback and form analysis · User support and responding to inquiries · Preventing misuse and ensuring security · Service-related notices (in-app notifications)

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

The operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases: · When the user has given consent · When disclosure is required by law · Provision to subcontractors necessary for providing the service (such as Supabase and Anthropic) 　* These providers implement appropriate measures to protect personal information.

Article 4 (Data Protection)

· User data is stored encrypted in Supabase (PostgreSQL). · All communication is encrypted with TLS/SSL. · Video data is stored only locally on the device and is not sent to external servers. · Row Level Security (RLS) prevents access to other users' data.

Article 5 (Cookies / Tracking)

The App uses third-party SDKs for the following purposes: · Google AdMob (ad delivery): used to display ads on the free plan · RevenueCat (billing management): used to manage the premium plan These SDKs process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Article 6 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion)

Users may do the following at any time: · View and change account information from the Profile screen · Delete all personal data using the "Delete Account" feature 　* After account deletion, data is promptly deleted from the server. This action cannot be undone.

Article 7 (Minors)

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that a person under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

Article 8 (Changes to this Policy)

We may revise this Policy as necessary. Significant changes will be announced in the App. By continuing to use the App after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
