ShuttleCoach（旧 ShuttleAI。以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーでは、収集する情報の種類、利用目的、保護方法についてご説明します。
第1条（取得する情報）
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得します。
・メールアドレス、ニックネームなどのアカウント情報
・Google / Apple アカウントを通じて提供されるプロフィール情報（氏名・アイコン）
・練習ログ（日付・時間・場所・カテゴリ・メモ）
・フォーム分析動画（デバイス内にのみ保存、サーバーには送信されません）
・試合分析・ラリー分析の動画（分析のためGoogleのGemini APIへ送信されます。詳細は第4条）
・端末情報（OS種別・バージョン）
・アプリの利用状況データ（クラッシュレポート等）
第2条（利用目的）
取得した情報は以下の目的で利用します。
・本アプリのサービス提供・機能の改善・新機能の開発
・AIフィードバック・フォーム分析の精度向上
・ユーザーへのサポート・お問い合わせ対応
・不正利用の防止・セキュリティの確保
・サービスに関するご案内（アプリ内通知）
第3条（第三者提供）
運営者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
・ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
・法令に基づく開示要請がある場合
・サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（Supabase、Anthropic、Google等）への提供
※これらの事業者は適切な個人情報保護措置を講じています。
第4条（データの保護）
・ユーザーのデータはSupabase（PostgreSQL）に暗号化して保管されます。
・通信はすべてTLS/SSLで暗号化されます。
・フォーム分析の動画はデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。AIに渡されるのは、端末上で算出した関節角度の数値だけです。
・試合分析・ラリー分析では、分析のために動画をGoogleのGemini APIへ送信します。送信した動画は分析の完了後に削除します。分析に失敗した場合は、送り直さずにやり直せるよう残すことがありますが、削除できなかった場合も含めてGoogle側で48時間以内に自動削除されます。運営者のサーバーには動画を保存しません。
・Row Level Security（RLS）により、他のユーザーのデータにはアクセスできません。
第5条（Cookie・トラッキング）
本アプリは以下の目的でサードパーティSDKを使用します。
・RevenueCat（課金管理）：プレミアムプランの管理に使用
これらのSDKはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従いデータを処理します。
第6条（開示・訂正・削除請求）
ユーザーはいつでも以下の操作が可能です。
・プロフィール画面からアカウント情報の確認・変更
・「アカウント削除」機能によるすべての個人データの削除
※アカウント削除後、データは速やかにサーバーから削除されます。この操作は取り消すことができません。
第7条（未成年者への配慮）
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方が個人情報を提供していると判明した場合、速やかに削除いたします。
第8条（ポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。改定後も引き続きご利用いただくことで、改訂後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

本ポリシーに関するご質問・ご意見は、アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」フォームよりご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy

ShuttleCoach (formerly ShuttleAI) ("the App") respects users' privacy and strives to protect personal information. This Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Article 1 (Information We Collect)
The App collects the following information:
· Account information such as email address and nickname
· Profile information provided through your Google / Apple account (name, icon)
· Practice logs (date, time, location, category, notes)
· Form-analysis videos (stored only on your device; not sent to our servers)
· Match-analysis and rally-analysis videos (sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis; see Article 4)
· Device information (OS type and version)
· App usage data (such as crash reports)
Article 2 (Purposes of Use)
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
· Providing the App, improving features, and developing new features
· Improving the accuracy of AI Feedback and form analysis
· User support and responding to inquiries
· Preventing misuse and ensuring security
· Service-related notices (in-app notifications)
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
The operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
· When the user has given consent
· When disclosure is required by law
· Provision to subcontractors necessary for providing the service (such as Supabase, Anthropic and Google)
* These providers implement appropriate measures to protect personal information.
Article 4 (Data Protection)
· User data is stored encrypted in Supabase (PostgreSQL).
· All communication is encrypted with TLS/SSL.
· Form-analysis videos are stored only on your device and are not sent to external servers. Only the joint-angle values computed on your device are passed to the AI.
· For match analysis and rally analysis, the video is sent to Google's Gemini API in order to be analysed. We delete the uploaded video once the analysis finishes. If the analysis fails, we may keep it so that you can retry without uploading it again; in that case, and if deletion fails, Google removes it automatically within 48 hours. We do not keep the video on our own servers.
· Row Level Security (RLS) prevents access to other users' data.
Article 5 (Cookies / Tracking)
The App uses third-party SDKs for the following purposes:
· RevenueCat (billing management): used to manage the premium plan
These SDKs process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Article 6 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion)
Users may do the following at any time:
· View and change account information from the Profile screen
· Delete all personal data using the "Delete Account" feature
* After account deletion, data is promptly deleted from the server. This action cannot be undone.
Article 7 (Minors)
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that a person under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.
Article 8 (Changes to this Policy)
We may revise this Policy as necessary. Significant changes will be announced in the App. By continuing to use the App after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
