利用規約 | ShuttleAI

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ShuttleAI（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に本規約をよくお読みください。アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（定義）

「ユーザー」とは、本アプリをインストールまたは利用する個人をいいます。「コンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが本アプリに入力・保存するテキスト・動画・その他のデータをいいます。「AIフィードバック」とは、Claude APIを通じて生成される練習コーチングコメントをいいます。

第2条（利用資格）

本アプリは13歳以上の方にご利用いただけます。未成年の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。以前に本規約に違反してアカウントを削除された方は、新たにアカウントを作成することができません。

第3条（アカウント）

ユーザーはアカウントの認証情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。 1人のユーザーが複数のアカウントを保有することを禁止します。アカウントの不正利用を発見した場合は、直ちに運営者にご連絡ください。

第4条（プランと料金）

【無料プラン】・すべての基本機能を無料でご利用いただけます・広告が表示されます【プレミアムプラン（¥500/月）】・広告非表示・その他プレミアム機能プレミアムプランの課金はApp Store / Google Playのアプリ内課金（RevenueCat）を通じて行われます。解約はいつでも可能ですが、当月分の返金はいたしかねます。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為・他のユーザーまたは第三者への迷惑行為・誹謗中傷・本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改ざん・本アプリへの不正アクセス・サーバーへの過度な負荷・AIフィードバック機能を悪用した不正なコンテンツの生成・著作権・肖像権等の知的財産権の侵害・商業目的での無断転用・運営者が不適切と判断するその他の行為

第6条（知的財産権）

本アプリのデザイン・コード・ロゴ・AIシステムに関する知的財産権はすべて運営者に帰属します。ユーザーが入力したコンテンツ（練習ログ・動画等）の権利はユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーはサービス提供に必要な範囲で運営者がこれらのデータを使用することを許諾するものとします。

第7条（AIフィードバックの免責）

AIフィードバックは参考情報であり、専門的なスポーツ指導を代替するものではありません。 AIが生成するコンテンツの正確性・完全性について、運営者は一切の保証をいたしません。本機能のご利用はユーザーご自身の判断と責任のもとで行ってください。体への異常を感じた場合は直ちに練習を中止し、専門医にご相談ください。

第8条（免責事項）

運営者は、本アプリの利用により発生したいかなる損害についても、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。運営者はサービスの中断・不具合・データ消失について、法令上許容される範囲で一切の保証をしません。

第9条（サービスの変更・終了）

運営者は、事前の通知なくサービスの内容の変更・停止・終了を行うことができます。サービス終了の場合は可能な限り事前にアプリ内でお知らせします。

第10条（アカウントの停止・削除）

運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントの停止または削除を行うことがあります。アカウント削除後、ユーザーのデータはサーバーから削除されます。この操作は取り消すことができません。

第11条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

第12条（規約の改定）

運営者は必要に応じて本規約を改定できます。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。改定後も引き続きご利用いただくことで、改訂後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第13条（お問い合わせ）

本規約に関するご質問は、アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」フォームよりご連絡ください。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using ShuttleAI ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

"User" means an individual who installs or uses the App. "Content" means text, video, and other data that a User inputs or stores in the App. "AI Feedback" means practice coaching comments generated via the Claude API.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The App is available to individuals aged 13 or older. Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App. Anyone whose account was previously deleted for violating these Terms may not create a new account.

Article 3 (Accounts)

Users are responsible for appropriately managing their account credentials. A single User may not hold multiple accounts. If you discover any unauthorized use of an account, please contact the operator immediately.

Article 4 (Plans and Fees)

[Free Plan] · All core features are available for free · Ads are displayed [Premium Plan (¥500/month)] · No ads · Other premium features Premium billing is processed through in-app purchases on the App Store / Google Play (via RevenueCat). You may cancel at any time; however, refunds for the current period are not available.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following: · Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals · Harassment or defamation of other users or third parties · Reverse engineering or tampering with the App · Unauthorized access to the App or placing excessive load on its servers · Misuse of the AI Feedback feature to generate improper content · Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights and portrait rights · Unauthorized reuse of content for commercial purposes · Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, logo, and AI system belong to the operator. Rights to Content entered by Users (practice logs, videos, etc.) belong to the User. However, the User grants the operator permission to use such data to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Article 7 (AI Feedback Disclaimer)

AI Feedback is reference information only and is not a substitute for professional sports coaching. The operator makes no warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Use this feature at your own discretion and responsibility. If you feel any physical abnormality, stop practicing immediately and consult a medical professional.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

Except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the operator makes no warranty regarding service interruptions, defects, or data loss.

Article 9 (Changes to / Termination of the Service)

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the content of the service without prior notice. In the event of service termination, we will notify users in the App in advance where possible.

Article 10 (Suspension / Deletion of Accounts)

If a User violates these Terms, the operator may suspend or delete the account without prior notice. After account deletion, the User's data will be deleted from the server. This action cannot be undone.

Article 11 (Governing Law / Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.

Article 12 (Amendments to the Terms)

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced in the App. By continuing to use the App after an amendment, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
